Minor Girls Division

The Minor Girls Softball Division is for girls ages 8-10. This is the first level of girls softball. Players are taught the fundamentals of softball as well as the importance of playing together as a team. The focus is on player development. An 11” ball is used in this league and players start pitching to the batters. Teams travel to neighboring towns for games.

Major Girls Division

The Major Girls Softball Division is for girls ages 11-12. This is an intermediate level of girls softball. Ideally the players have several years of softball experience. Although the focus continues to be on player development, being competitive is also emphasized. A 12” ball is used in this league and pitching becomes a high priority. Teams travel to neighboring towns for games.

Junior Girls Division

The Junior Girls Softball Division is for girls ages 13-14. Players have a thorough knowledge of the game and advance skills. High school regulation size fields are used for games. Typically players in this division will transition into high school softball. Teams travel to neighboring towns for games.
